What do you do when someone asks you to do a talk about failure?
I got over worrying about why the organisers had asked me to talk about failure and in fact jumped at the chance!!
Because a major reason I’m happier now in my business life than I’ve ever been is down to how much I’ve learnt from all the challenges I’ve faced in my career. So I wanted to share my journey with other women and talk about how I’ve learnt to see failure as opportunity.
