It’s really interesting how product development is shifting toward a focus on fusion which by its nature can make you do a bit of a double take at first. Enter, Indian inspired dessert toppings by Curry Cuisine, yup it takes a while to move away from the Madras and Vindaloo mind set and think about the subtle flavours associated to the cuisine too!
The new range uses spices that are associated to Indian cuisines so things like cardamon, ginger, chilli and lemongrass. In fact some of the combinations are classics with an interesting twist such as cherry, chocolate and chilli and Yorkshire rhubarb, lemongrass and ginger – yum! The products are so delicious they decided to call the brand ‘scrummee’ with the brand identity capturing a modern attitude to flavour – the brand proposition is refreshingly simple with a definite dash of the unusual!
